YIELD: 6 CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
COOKING TEMP: 375F PORTION: 1 BREAST
COOKING TIME: 45 MIN COOKING PAN: BAKING PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Chicken boneless : 1 1/2 lb 1. Flatten chicken pieces.
| Swiss cheese : 6 oz 2. Slice cheese and ham into 1 oz
| Ham cured : 6 oz slices.
| Breading meal : 1/2 cp 3. Place slice of cheese and slice of
| Salt : 1/2 ts ham in center of chicken. Roll
| Garlic powder : 1/4 ts chicken and tuck in ends.
| Paprika : 1/2 ts 4. Combine breading meal, salt,
| Pepper black : 1/4 ts garlic, paprika and pepper.
| Eggs : 1 5. Beat egg(s).
|. 6. Dip rolled chicken in seasoned
breading meal, then in beaten egg
and then again in seasoned breading
meal.
7. Place seal side down on oiled pan.
8. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes or
until golden brown and tender.
